Information we collect

When you use RoofRescue's roof assessment tool, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, home address, and your answers to our roof-condition questions. If you choose to upload a photo of your roof, that photo is sent to our AI provider for automated analysis and is not stored on our servers afterward.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Generate your repair-or-replace assessment
• Contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm and schedule your free on-site inspection
• Share your contact and address details with the licensed roofing contractor performing your inspection
• Improve the accuracy of our assessment tool

We do not sell your personal information.

Communications & consent

By submitting the contact form, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, including by automated dialing or messaging systems, at the number and address you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or contact us using the details below to be removed from phone or email outreach.

Service providers we use

We share limited data with the following providers to operate RoofRescue:

• Anthropic — processes uploaded roof photos for automated damage assessment; photos are not retained after analysis
• ServiceTitan — powers our appointment scheduling and booking widget
• Our hosting and database providers, which store your submitted contact information and assessment results

Data retention

We retain your contact information and assessment results for as long as needed to schedule and complete your inspection and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You can request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us at privacy@roofrescue.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

RoofRescue is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
