Using RoofRescue
RoofRescue is a free tool that gives homeowners a preliminary, non-binding repair-or-replace read on their roof based on a short questionnaire and/or an optional photo, and offers to schedule a free on-site inspection with a partner licensed roofing contractor. By using RoofRescue, you agree to these terms.
Not a substitute for a professional inspection
Results from RoofRescue's questionnaire and photo analysis are guidance only. They are not a diagnosis, warranty, or guarantee of your roof's condition. Only an in-person inspection by a licensed roofing professional can confirm the actual condition of your roof and what work, if any, is needed.
Photo uploads
If you upload a photo, it is sent to a third-party AI provider for automated analysis and is not stored by RoofRescue afterward. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and avoid including other people, license plates, or other identifying information you don't want processed.
Scheduling & contractors
Inspections booked through RoofRescue are performed by independent, licensed roofing contractors, not by RoofRescue directly. Any work performed beyond the free inspection is a separate agreement between you and that contractor.
No warranty
RoofRescue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the assessment or that a contractor will be available in your area.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofRescue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this tool or any inspection or work performed by a partner contractor.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RoofRescue after a change means you accept the updated terms.
